Lighthouse Living Dennis Port (LLDP) located at 177 Lower County Road, is our first workforce housing community on Cape Cod. We acquired this 27-room motel in March 2020 and completed renovations in February 2021. This property is leased primarily to the Pelham House Resort to accommodate their significant employment growth associated with the completion of their extensive hotel renovation and the opening of 14 Sea Street, a brand new, ocean-front 14,000 square foot event venue which includes a 5,000 square foot roof top bar and restaurant. We also have a limited capacity available for local businesses in the Town of Dennis.
