Front Desk Rotation Trainee: | The Front Desk provides superior guest service and maintains complete knowledge of all hotel features, services and hours of operation, as well as local information and directions for our guests. | Main duties include: | -Checks guests in upon arrival | -Checks guests out upon departure | -Processes all payments according to established hotel requirements | -Makes room reservations over the phone | -Provides information and services to guests and visitors | -Assists with luggage | -Delivers essential items to guest rooms.
