Dellshire Resort is seeking International Rooms Interns/Trainees to join our immersive hospitality experience through a 12-month structured rotational program. This opportunity is designed for international participants who are eager to gain hands-on experience in U.S. resort operations while developing professional, cultural, and leadership skills within a luxury hospitality environment. | The Rooms Interns/Trainees will rotate through Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Retail Supervisor operations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of guest services and the critical role each department plays in delivering exceptional guest experiences. | Program Objectives | • Provide practical, hands-on training in Rooms Division operations | • Develop strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills | • Build cross-departmental knowledge of resort operations | • Enhance cultural exchange and professional growth in a U.S. hospitality setting | Rotation Areas and Key Responsibilities | Front Desk Operations | • Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a warm and memorable arrival experience | • Assist with reservations, room assignments, billing, and guest inquiries | • Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate when appropriate | • Learn property management systems and front-office procedures | Housekeeping Operations | • Support daily room operations to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and brand standards | • Assist with room inspections and quality control | • Learn inventory control, linen management, and departmental coordination | • Gain insight into scheduling, productivity standards, and safety procedures | Retail Supervisor Operations | • Support daily retail operations to ensure exceptional guest service and brand presentation | • Assist with merchandising standards, product displays, and inventory organization | • Provide guest assistance, product knowledge, and personalized service within retail outlets | • Observe and support supervisory routines, including shift readiness, staff coordination, and guest service recovery | • Learn retail service standards, cash-handling procedures (as permitted), and operational workflows | Training and Development | • Structured rotation schedule with department mentors | • Ongoing feedback and performance check-ins | • Exposure to resort leadership and operational best practices | • Cultural exchange activities and professional development opportunities
