Costo: Host Company Provided Housing

$125 per week per exchange visitor (including all utilities and internet) | Security deposit of $200 paid upfront, with $150 of that deposit eligible for a refund at the end of your program if the housing is kept in good condition | The housing cost is subject to change prior to arrival or during your program. If a change occurs, we will communicate this to you, and a new job offer will need to be signed.

Food and Beverage Rotational: | Please refer to your DS 7002 training plan that the Junto Hotel, your host organization has offered you. This is a training opportunity and not a work program. Your training will help give you hands-on experience in U.S. business practices in your chosen occupational field or field of study. | Within the Food & Beverage team, J1 Participants will train in one of our front-of-house food operations. You will have the opportunity to see all aspects of F&B management including service, staff training, inventory management, staff management, operating procedures, and will have exposure to participating in projects such as menu development and program planning for concessions outlets and seasonal events. | The Participant will be responsible for excellent providing guest service, operating a cash register and handling US currency, stepping into a Host role and welcoming customers when they arrive on property. Seating customers effectively and efficiently, introducing customers to the menu, announcing daily or seasonal menu specials and answering questions about menu items. | The participant will learn about and assist with organizing and running successful conferences. Responsibilities may include; Performing various administrative tasks; Interacting with group leaders and participants to ensure expectations are met; Providing on-site assistance during events; Assisting with set-up and break-down of all conference/group events | The Participant will be assigned tasks related to leadership and supervisory level responsibilities while being provided mentored learning opportunities.
