Great Wolf Lodge – Bloomington – Rooms Division

Rooms Division- | In this position you will rotate around the Housekeeping and Guest Service departments. | You will have the opportunity to learn about the housekeeping department. You will work directly with the Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Director to learn the administrative requirements/tasks to manage housekeeping shifts. | You will learn how to perform the supervisor and management responsibilities of how to inspect rooms for proper level of cleanliness, coach and administer corrective action, and act as a leader within the department. | For the Guest Service part of your program you will learn the overall management of a guest services department and all “behind-the-scenes” activities/operations. | The main focus will be to gain understanding of daily guest services operations, escalated calls, billing, room calls, inventory, scheduling, general office management skills, and how to properly adjust to unexpected changes in occupancy and staffing levels. | You will work side by side with Director and Manager to learn these skills and will work toward managing shifts alone, near the end of the program.
