Entertainment Intern | In this position you will have a basic understanding of the Entertainment Ambassador Role (Shows/Performances include: Yoga Tails, Character Appearances, Arts & Crafts, Competitive Games, Master Magi Ceremony, Adventures of the Great Wolf Pack, Hustle & Howl Family Dance Party, and Seasonal Shows) | Once it has been established, you will learn the overall management of the entertainment department and all “behind-the-scenes” activities/operations. | The main focus will be to gain understanding of daily entertainment operations, on-and-off stage training, show/performance evaluations, stage management (e.g., Set Design, Sound Design, Lighting Design, Stage Props, and Costume Design), recruiting, auditioning, scheduling, general office management skills, and how to properly adjust to unexpected changes in occupancy and staffing levels. | You will work side by side with the Entertainment Manager and department leaders to learn these skills and will work toward managing shifts alone, halfway through the program.
