Front Office and Rooms Intern/ Trainee – | – Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner | – Learn to receive and respond to guest requests, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service | – Train with leaders across multiple departments to perform tasks as needed | – Follow all cash handling procedures per Hotel policy | – Learn to manage guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner | – Ensure compliance of all Monarch standards | – Train to achieve departmental targets | – Ensure cleanliness of work areas | – During your training, ensure to be in compliance with all Hotel health and safety policies | – Perform all other reasonable duties as needed
