Rotate in different departments within hotel learning and shadowing department heads and supervisors. Hotel requires rotation in Housekeeping & 2 other departments will be | chosen by Intern (Human Resources/Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Front Desk, Maintenance, F&B FOH, or F&B BOH). These departments will focus on hospitality rotational skills to learn how all departments work together for hospitality and guest experience goals. Lead by example in all aspects of duties, follows all company policies & procedures, proper uniform. | Monthly incentives based on SEP scores. Bonuses are performance based for Summer/Christmas. | Free employee meal *while on shift*.
