The Culinary Kitchen Team Member is responsible for preparing high-quality food items while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, presentation, and guest satisfaction. This position supports the culinary leadership team in delivering exceptional dining experiences across resort restaurants, banquets, and special events. | The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, demonstrates strong culinary skills, and works collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to uphold the resort’s luxury service standards. | Essential Duties and Responsibilities: | -Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards. | -Maintain proper food temperatures and portion control during preparation and service. | -Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures. | -Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout shifts. | -Assist with food prep, inventory rotation, and storage procedures. | -Collaborate with chefs and kitchen supervisors to ensure timely and efficient service. | -Support banquet, restaurant, and resort culinary operations as needed. | -Monitor product quality and report any shortages or concerns to supervisors. | -Follow all company policies, health regulations, and workplace safety procedures. | -Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working as part of a team.
