Costo: Northwest Hills is a fully occupied, low-maintenance 24-unit apartment complex offering 1BR ($900) and 2BR ($1200) options with covered parking, flexible leases, and shared-cost living from $300–$450 per person plus ~$25 utilities.

The housing cost is subject to change prior to arrival or during your program. If a change occurs, we will communicate this to you, and a new job offer will need to be signed.

Adhere to all standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, training material, memos, and verbal instruction | Maintain product knowledge to ensure accuracy of dishes and notify guests of ingredients | Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware | Serve food or beverages to guests and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required | Verify that guests have proper dishware and utensils needed for each course upon delivery of food | Provide clear communication between front and back of house staff | Remove dishes and glassware from tables or counters and take them to the kitchen for cleaning | Clean tables or counters after guests have finished dining as needed | Stock area with dining supplies such as plates, utensils, glassware, and linens | Ensure immediate response is given to guest comments and concerns; inform immediate supervisor and apply corrective measures when necessary | Ensure open lines of communication with all departments and management via email, logbooks, meetings, etc. to ensure all needs of the outlet are met | Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety in the work area | Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good, safe working condition | Maintain an increased awareness of safety issues throughout the property | Keep abreast of safety and emergency procedures and OSHA requirements | Attend relevant meetings as required | Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and send them to the kitchen | Serve food and beverages to guests, preparing and garnishing dishes as required | See to each guest’s special needs, including any allergies or dietary restrictions | If applicable, prepare and maintain table settings for courses, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware | Assist with running food and beverages, clearing tables, and escorting guests as needed | Ensure immediate response is given to guest comments and concerns; inform your immediate supervisor and apply corrective measures when necessary | Manage order times and inform guests and management of any delays in service | Maintain bottles, glasses, bar tools, and garnishes in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and beverage promotion | Maintain product knowledge to inform guests of daily specials, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations upon request | Assist in the restocking and replenishing of bar inventory, prep items, and supplies | Wash and sterilize glassware, utensils, and bar equipment | Maintain revenue by preparing checks that itemize total costs plus sales taxes and collect accuratepayments from guests | Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, bar top, sinks, utensils,shelves, and storage areas | Ensure open lines of communication with all departments and management via email, logbooks,meetings, etc. to ensure all outlet needs are met | Ensure immediate response is given to guest comments and concerns; inform immediate supervisor and apply corrective measures when necessary
