Rooms Division: | To receive on-hands training of housekeeping operations; to receive detailed list of duties and responsibilities including hotel and department policies and procedures; to receive detailed information of housekeeping department and introduction of other departments. | Learn to assist with day-to-day management of the Housekeeping department; The management staff will train the participant in effective and successful communication skills, which include proper use of memos, emails, reports, briefing techniques, conflict management, proper presentation of feedback, problem solving methods and customer interaction skills. The participant will learn the importance of all above mentioned communication skills as a key factor to a smooth running of the department and to be a successful manager/leader.
