Culinary Intern & Trainee – | The participant will attend Orientation presented by Human Resources. This presentation will provide the trainee with a full overview of the host property and the company history and policies as well as introducing the trainee to Ocean Reef Club Senior Management. | The participant will be introduced to a la carte and line production methods and operations at the Ocean Reef Club. The participant will learn to properly cook food according to kitchen execution standards. | The participant will learn the many nuances of the mixing stage of making artisan pasta. | The participant will learn about forecasting and inventory methods. This will produce skills that are relevant to purchasing and storeroom management | (Trainee only) | The participant will learn and master the skills needed to supervise in the restaurant kitchen, utilizing the knowledge of techniques, organizational culture, policies, procedures and practices learned in prior rotations
